LVC provides credit education, document assistance, credit-report analysis, goal-based readiness planning, and administrative support.

LVC Solutions:

  • Is not a bank or lender: We do not issue loans, extend credit, or make lending decisions.
  • Is not a consumer reporting agency: We do not compile, maintain, or update consumer credit reports, and we do not calculate credit scores.
  • Does not calculate credit scores: Credit scoring models are owned and operated by third parties (e.g., FICO, VantageScore).
  • Does not control external entities: We do not control Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, creditors, furnishers, collectors, landlords, dealerships, lenders, or government entities.
  • Does not provide professional advisory services: We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, immigration, or mortgage-brokerage advice.
  • Does not guarantee outcomes: We do not guarantee deletions, score changes, approvals, credit limits, interest rates, or funding.
  • Complies with the law: We cannot lawfully remove accurate, timely, and verifiable negative information from a consumer credit report merely because it is negative.
  • Rejects illegal activity: We do not advise or assist customers in submitting false statements or false identity-theft reports to credit bureaus, creditors, or government agencies.

Understanding Credit Scores

Credit scores are calculated by independent credit bureaus using proprietary algorithms. Your scores can change for reasons completely outside LVC's control, including changes in outstanding balances, monthly payments, search inquiries, credit account aging, scoring model updates, and data provided by third parties.

Customer Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you are solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing all prepared documents carefully before submission to credit reporting agencies or creditors.
  • Confirming the absolute truthfulness and accuracy of all information in those documents.
  • Making timely payments directly to your creditors.
  • Following instructions provided by lenders and reporting agencies.
  • Protecting your portal credentials and passwords.
  • Making your own independent financial and lending decisions.

Individual results vary substantially.
