This policy applies to individuals located in the United States. It does not apply to employment applicants, employees, or websites and services operated by third parties.

Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect:
A. Contact and account information: Full name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, state of residence, account username and authentication information, and preferred communication method.
B. Identity-verification information: When reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, authorization, or service delivery, we may collect date of birth, government-issued identification, the last four digits of an SSN or ITIN, address-verification documents, and identity-verification results.
C. Credit-related information: With your direction and authorization, we may process credit reports supplied by you or made available through an authorized provider, credit scores, score factors, account histories, collections, charge-offs, late-payment information, inquiries, public records, dispute details, and financial readiness goals (such as home purchase, vehicle, or business credit preparation). We are not a consumer reporting agency and do not determine your credit score.
D. Financial and transaction information: Plan or service selected, invoices, payment status, refunds and cancellations, and limited transaction identifiers. Payment card details are processed directly by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
E. Communications: Emails, support messages, call notes, appointment records, customer-service requests, complaints, and consents/opt-out records.
F. Device and website information: IP address, browser and device type, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring source, form interactions, cookie identifiers, and analytics event info.
1.3 How We Collect Information
We collect information directly from you, through website forms and client portals, from documents you upload, through communications with us, from cookies and similar technologies, and from third-party payment, scheduling, identity-verification, or credit-monitoring providers you authorize.
1.4 How We Use Information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, verify identity, reduce fraud, determine program suitability, perform credit education and readiness planning, prepare dispute correspondence at your direction, maintain case records, process payments, send marketing communications (where permitted), improve our platforms, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
We do not use your information to make lending, employment, housing, insurance, or immigration decisions.
1.5 How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to service providers supporting our operations (including hosting, cloud storage, CRM, scheduling, and chat tools such as Vercel, HubSpot, Calendly, and Tidio), credit-monitoring providers you authorize, legal advisors, government agencies where required by law, or in connection with a corporate sale or merger.
We do not sell Social Security numbers, government identification, credit reports, or payment-card information.
1.6 International Processing & Data Security
Although LVC Solutions is a U.S. company serving U.S. customers, authorized support personnel or vendors located in India or other countries may process information. Before providing offshore access, we implement contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards, including multi-factor authentication, access logging, and strict confidentiality terms.
We maintain safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access permissions, and regular vendor security reviews.
1.7 Data Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary. Recommended schedules include:
- Unconverted leads: 12–24 months
- Marketing consent records: at least 5 years
- Customer agreements and disclosures: 7 years after service termination
- Billing and tax records: 7 years
- Credit reports and identity documents: deleted within 30–90 days after case closure
